Limitations and Exclusions

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale.  Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. On-line sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use. Warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax (where applicable) and insurance.

Model and Price Changes

Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. In the event you learn of a new model on the market, which is not listed in the site, please call us for information. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. In the event  Anything ATV has a price change, which is not reflected in the site prior to your placing an order, we will contact you to determine if you want to proceed with the purchase with the revised pricing.

Shipping and Insurance

All orders are processed upon receipt but actual shipping time depends upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order, however no orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays or backorders, we will try to reach you by phone or email. If the delay is due to a back order, you will receive notice by phone, e-mail or mail and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute another item, or cancel your shipment.  Unless specified, all parts and accessory orders in the domestic U.S. are shipped UPS and recreational equipment is shipped via a carrier selected by Anything ATV. We will choose the least expensive and quickest carrier.  Free shipping applies to shipments in the 48 US Continental States.  Additional charges may apply if shipped out of the States.


Hazardous Material and Bulky Item Shipments:

Certain items may be subject to shipping and handling surcharges due to hazardous materials, size, weight or quantity.


New Product Warranty

Each new product purchased using this Site is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which is included with the product. The warranty period and service varies for each manufacturer and product.  Anything ATV does not offer any warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.  Most manufacturer's warranties will require that the covered product be serviced at an authorized service center for that product.  Shipping charges on warranty items will be paid for by the customer. 

Pre-owned Product Warranty

All pre-owned products sold by Anything ATV are sold As Is.


Returns of New Products

In Store Returns: Parts and Accessories purchased on-line through this site may be returned to Anything ATV provided the product is accompanied with its original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 14 days from product receipt by you or a party designated by you to receive the product. Any merchandise returned during the applicable return period, which is defective will be exchanged for the exact same model at no additional charge to you. For any product received that is not the product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. When returning a product please be sure to bring the credit card used for the purchase along with your receipt. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. The value of missing accessories and any applicable open box fee will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.  Electrical items cannot be returned.

Mail Returns: Merchandise purchased on-line through this site which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail.  Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please call 515-961-9700. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approval authorization may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. A return authorization is good for 10 days. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.  If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. Please allow 14 days from when we accept your product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. Anything ATV cannot receive COD packages on return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.  Electrical items cannot be returned.

Returned Recreational Equipment:

Any new recreational equipment purchased, ATV, scooter, go-kart, motorcycle, etc, cannot be returned after the machine has been started.  It is considered a used item.  The recreational equipment can be returned as a trade in only. 

Recreational Equipment cannot be returned without a return authorization.  A return authorization is good for 10 days. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.

Upon approval, the purchase price, less shipping charges, will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition in conformity with this policy. Please allow 14 days from when we accept your product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. Special Order Items:

Special Order Items cannot be returned without a return authorization.  If a return authorization is issued, additional charges may be assessed for expenses incurred for special order products.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a carton that is visibly damaged, please note the damages on the shipping receipt.  Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton and all materials and parts intact. Please contact us at 515-961-9700 within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the damaged shipment for further instructions.

Returns of Pre-owned Products

All pre-owned products sold by are sold As Is and are nonrefundable.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any purchase from this site from the time your order is placed until your product is received by you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
 

Cancellation of layaway products will be charged a minimum cancellation fee 1% of the price of the product for expenses incurred.
