E-ton ATV Warranty

ETON America warrants all new ETON vehicles sold by authorized Eton Dealers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the following exclusions and limitations. New vehicles sold by an authorized dealer to original retail consumers are covered by this policy for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery. There is no mileage limitation. Vehicles used in rental service or for certain commercial purposes are specifically excluded from this policy. (Check with your dealer for warranty application.)

Items and conditions that are specifically excluded from this warranty program are:

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper vehicle operation.
2. Any modification or alteration to any standard specifications or equipment.
3. Any repairs made by an unauthorized dealer or service firm,
4. Use of non-ETON genuine parts for repairs or alteration to standard specifications.
5. Damage caused by failure to perform factory scheduled service maintenance.
6. Damage which occurs as a result of improper storage.
7. Damage caused by the use of improper fuel or lubricants, and/or failure to use proper oil/gas mixture on two stroke models.

The following normal wear parts are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:
1. Rubber parts
2. Tires
3. Belts
4. Brake linings
5. Normal wear item
6. Brake parts
7. Cables
8. Filters
9. Spark plugs
10. Bulbs
11. Batteries
12. Sprockets
13. External springs
14. Seat and hand grips.

Unison ATV Warranty

Factory covered warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase by the consumer on all power train components (engine and transmission components). During the warranty coverage period, Unison will cover warranted parts and labor only. Labor hour and rates will be determined by Unison Factory Standard Labor Rate Manual.

The warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear items or problems occurring due to lack of scheduled maintenance or consumer abuse. Any modifications to the vehicle that are not factory approved parts will void the warranty. Defective parts are subject to recall by factory upon failure.

TGB Warranty

The following parts are covered under warranty, along with their warranted period:

The warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in materials of workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, abuse, or corrosion and the following parts and items:

1. Tires
2. CV Boots
3. Oil Filter
4. Clutch Wear Part (bushings, etc.)
5. Cables
6. Brake Pads
7. Air Filter
8. Torn or Punctured Upholstery
9. Drive Belt
10. Spark Plug
11. Light Bulbs
12. Cracks or Gouges in Plastic
13. Oil Changes
14. Chain

This warranty does not cover any product that has been altered structurally, modified in any way, neglected, improperly maintained, used for racing, or used for purposes other than which it was manufactured.

Madami Warranty

Madami ATV’s come with a six month warranty covering any defects in parts and craftsmanship. We will replace parts and pay for the labor involved in repairing any ATV that is defective from the factory.
